For what its worth..Bus went past the training ground this morning, saw Sam Reid doing agility drills and was moving pretty well, will be a good addition back soon!

My Mum used to say we saw every game Bobby played, as I don't think Skilts ever played 2nds. There was a time when the 3rds was the curtain raiser to the the 1sts. We always went to see the curtain raiser. I was tossing up with Max Papley and Peter Bedford.

Maybe it's the avatar but I thought you were one of us who suffered through those dark days of post Hafey, pre Eade, when a Jamie Lawson goal, a Troy Luff mark or a Sanford Wheeler run were for much of the time all we had to look forward to.
Of course even then we had stars such as Kells and Bayes, but I remember Sanford as a symbol of all of those who may pass through the pages of our history but will never be recognised other than in the appendix.
