Since Tabs left after the Sydney game we haven't had a 2nd tall in the forward line.

I can see it being a heavy counter attack game where we might even play +2 behind the ball, give Ballantyne forward space and back the mids to push forward for our scores.

I actually forgot that Sylvia is playing. He could really carve it up on Saturday. Don't expect he'd get much attention given the other distractions.

At least we're the only team going into the game tomorrow with an All Australian full back! From back when All Australian meant something and wasn't awarded because you look like a palm tree.

I thought you were talking about Zac D for a second there...

Our rucks have been working well in defence in recent games, particularly in the number of relieving marks they take. I expect to see them pushing deep tomorrow with Tabs offering some relief at ball ups and boundary throw ins up the ground.

I'm not convinced McGovern can chase a defender all game.
They could tape this to his head.

Here is how the teams have been selected, with McGovern, Darling, Cox and Kennedy all potentially being in the forward 50 I am expecting a late change.

At the moment we have Dawson, Clarke maybe on Cox, Ibbotson, Mzungu. I am expecting Bradley to come in for probably Clarke, or I could be surprised and Taberner could play back.

When are the Peel teams finalised?

HB: Tendai Mzungu, Garrick Ibbotson, Stephen Hill

F: Hayden Ballantyne, Matthew Pavlich, Zac Clarke
FOLL: Aaron Sandilands, Nat Fyfe, Nick Suban
I/C: Michael Barlow, Clancee Pearce, Matt Taberner, Cameron Sutcliffe
EMG: Tommy Sheridan, Kepler Bradley, Anthony Morabito

IN: Matt Taberner
OUT: Alex Silvagni (ribs)

WEST COAST:

Reckon you would be very surprised to see that. Tabs would be a liability in defence IMO. Mayne to Darling. Tabs to one of their witches hat defenders.

Yes. Mayne to Darling. Dawson to Kennedy. Ibbotson to McGovern. Spur to Le Cras. Duffield and Clancee intercept marking and running out of half back.

That would make our forward line very small. But that may not be a bad thing. I suspect they will regret going in so tall.

We seem to be having great success with leaving Pav or Ballas one-out in the forward line and punishing sides on the rebound or the speed / field kicking accuracy of Pearce / Hill.

Yeah, that seems to be working pretty well. Hopefully Tabs can take a coupla grabs. Our forwardline will look a bit makeshift if Mayne and Clarke are both in the backline.

It's also the damage that midfielders like Fyfe and Barlow have been doing when drifting forward and kicking multiple goals.

I don't get the hate for Nicnat.
he seems like a nice fella (unusual for an eGirl)
I actually admire his loyalty to the scum as he has put loyalty over the chance of winning a flag.
It's not even like he has ever done anything of note against us on the footy field.
