Review Round 15 - Gold Coast @ Sydney

it's become painstakingly obvious this year we cant win without umpire assistance for a qtr or a fair go for at least 3Qtr.
unfortunately those 50/50 calls rarely fall our way and in most games the 60/40 calls aswell.

Despite there seeming to be so many calls that don't go our way, we're positive in the free kick count for the year.

There are many many factors more important to us losing than the umpires.

If we have 2 blokes who can 'chip' goals from 45 - 50 m out in Wright and Day, why dont we develop a gameplan around that? why develop it around 2nd rate mids who bomb it fwd when we win the ball...play King deep full fwd and Wright/Day up a abit around the 50 and nver bomb the footy into the fwd line... which we have done forever... sounds easy but probably isnt....

Well that wasn’t very competitive. Not sure where this club is going or how fast after watching that. Should’ve been super fresh after the bye but Swans made us look second rate. Our midfield is easily the worst in the league and we won’t change it over one preseason. Could be more of this s**t dished up for 2-3 years yet.

That was a political not conclusive decision. Goal hurts the Swans percentage and they’re still a finals chance (mathematically). Makes no difference if it goes against us.
