I'm not convinced either, but it is the sort of calculated risk I'd take with plenty of trades in hand. Like trading in Logue in Rd11.

Nah if you look at their team with Balta out and no tall aside from Lynch, he was always playing. Last time they had Caddy as the 2nd ruck it failed miserably

For those Port watcher’s what’s Garner’s JS like? When Rocky comes back will Houston go back to normal role and put Joel’s position in jeopardy? Or do you think Hinkley will give him a bit of a run at it whilst the team is flying and playing a run of home games?
Was looking at Hore down to Naish at D7 this week to make last fwd upgrade.
Could still go with Hore to Garner instead but would leave me with Logue (D6) and bench of Garner/Answerth. Not ideal. Not doing this would leave me with Larkey/Setterfield on field at F6 this week.

Yeh Answerth to Hind is all i did....
I now Baker/Clarke to beef up abit, then can use Gardner as DPP to get that sorted
.Might end up swapping Worpel or B.Smith to Neale/Fyfe etc to finish my mids and then teams done

I would probably scrap rockliff. You could hold him as surely he is due back soon and you have held him this long however his return is becoming how long is a piece of string. I would do rockliff to hind/cameron(If he plays well for dpp) and upgrade baker to Daniel and use the left over money to upgrade Hore/Duurs next week. That will leave you with approx 7 trades and only 1 or 2 upgrades to go. You could even use the extra cash to go Bewley to Hannebery next week of you want ultimate bench cover in your mids and delay the defensive final upgrade for one more week. Your fwd line is already quite strong if you didn't have boak I would say chase boak or dunkley but you have boak so so I don't feel Dunkley is a must.Hi folks,

Allows me to rest Crippa on the bench and play Sloane, which means I gained 66 points on those of the 70 people ranked ahead me that played Clarke. Will give me a leg up if Crippa misses next week as well for those teams that lack depth.
Logue comes onto the field in place of Duursma, giving me $381k to fund the ROB > Gawn trade in two weeks.

Thanks for laughing at that Requium ,any way I backed my own judgement .Just for the record Redden had 29 possessions ,4 tackles ,14 ,contested poss. and 9 clearances.He scored 125 SC against his BE of 35.
Oh good, another one week wonder that's in for a good Alf'n.
One good game ain't worth s**t mate, come back to me at the end of the season.
