They did use to have a clash jumper like that. It was worn in the 2010 Grand Finals.Saints really should just do a Sydney and have a white-backed version of their home jumper as a clash. With full white collar and cuffs it would work perfectly.
It matches their white G? I find the biggest clash in Giants home games is the orange jumper with the bright red empty seats in the crowd. Why are the giants wearing white shorts at home?

I'd like to see Carlton do exactly the same.Saints really should just do a Sydney and have a white-backed version of their home jumper as a clash. With full white collar and cuffs it would work perfectly.
Not that they need a clash jumper in this particular matchup, though.

I would not.I'd like to see Carlton do exactly the same.
How would a red back work, I've often wondered. It'd lighten the kit no end but leave the front aloneThat had a much wider white middle panel though. They could easily use just the normal front IMO.
Home Jumper:When was the last time the Lions wore their home strip outside of Brisbane?
The AFL are bonkers this year when it comes to white short policy - no consistency at all.Very sensible uniform decision for Giants-Lions. Looks good.
Goes against everything they've been doing with Geelong this year though.
Nah, this is obviously the AFL just following the White shorts when away for all clubs, EVEN when it unnecessarily adds white to the travelling team who have no white in their colours, and DEFINITELY when you’re playing a team with a white based jumper, UNLESS you’re a Victorian Club with some sway who gets to wear what they want, BUT disregarded entirely if you’re an interstate side playing an interstate side in which we then contradict our own rule, rule*Very sensible uniform decision for Giants-Lions.
