He and Hocking were clearly responsible for 2018, and if the Collingwood football club was actually run properly, instead of like a medieval fiefdom, they would have made Longmuir the offer needed to grab him. (Which he obviously could have rejected if Perth was his ultimate destination.)

Lol. I'm certainly no big fan of Bucks, but to say he's "clearly the worst coach in the AFL" is legitimately deluded. Your bias is really showing - listing Elliott and Stephenson as "just under" A grade is nonsense.

Many would argue that Moore, Sidebottom and Jordy are not worthy of being A-graders. Grundy's form has slipped. Stepho is a D grader atm, Maynard though is pushing ahead of Moore, similarly is Howe. Adams has stepped up. But a lot of our team is rubbish.

That's not correct. There are 10-12 coaches who have coached more games without a flag.
