ESSENDON BOMBERS

Played like bullshit dickasauruses and got punished.
Weak team selection, weak tactics, weak football.
Inaccurate kicking, shocking decision-making, easy targets being missed.
Quintessential 2022 Essendon football.
Yes, the Eagles are nearing full strength again, but this is a team who had won a solitary match all year.
This 150th birthday caper can get in the bin.
Next.

#26 - Luke Parker, Sydney
250 GAMES

Can't really say much. Bloke is a champion of the game.

I sincerely hope we make him feel this game for weeks, however.

Christ knows if Ben Hobbs is actually feeling sore and tired, but if he is, bloody tell us. Omitting one of the shining lights of this season with no reasoning is genuine utensil and balls territory. I get Nick Bryan being dropped; he hasn't quite made the jump from VFL to AFL, but you have to be patient with the big blokes.

Thankfully, Darcy Parish has returned from a badly corked calf, whilst BZT, the loose unit, is back to counter the tall Sydney forward line.

Dylan Clarke's brother has been omitted for the Swans, and Justin McInerney returns.

Think Archies out with sore calf VS. Hobbs in
Tbh I wrote this yesterday before that happened and I’m so jaded by our performances that I didn’t care enough to change it
