This game has now become even more important

Revenge and consolidation in the 8
We need to repeat tonight’s performance but over four quarters

Team should go in unchanged unless there are forced changes through Howe and B.B.

IN: Glass

OUT: Duryea (omitted)

B: Stratton, Frawley, Hardwick

HB: Burton, Sicily, Glass

C: Henderson, Mitchell, Smith

HF: Impey, Gunston, Miles

F: Breust, Roughead, Puopolo

R: McEvoy, O’Meara, Shiels

INT: Morrison, Ceglar, O’Rourke, Howe

Not a fan of Duryea but Glass isn't AFL standard as much as he tries. Hope BB is OK. Close to our most important player
Ideally no change needed regardless of whether Langford is fit

The motivation is simply enormous. Once again playing a team in form which is another test. Three weeks in a row now for us.

Cegs becomes massive. He has been a very solid since his return. Mcevoy a massive out.

We need to provide that same urgency and polish as we did in the second half v dogs.

Roughead again the barometer.

O’meara to back up also becomes crucial.

Ultimately the venue suits us.

Our first quarters again have been suspect. Seem to be conceding four to five goals every first quarter. The statistics are completely ****ed!!! Furthermore the two times we dominated the first quarter we gave the lead back in the second. Our first quarters have effectively cost us games and massive percentage. Hopefully this is addressed!

1. Collingwood 22pts
2. Geelong 31 points
3. Richmond 33 points
4. Melbourne 35 points
5. North 47 points
6. Saints 4 points (3.7 first quarter for us)
7. Essendon 26 points
8. Swains 25 points
9. Lions 25 points
10. Eagles 20 points
11. Port 32 points
12. Adelaide 8 points
13. Suns 22 points
14. Giants 33 points
15. Dogs 25 points

McEvoy out is a big blow. Personally I'd back Pittonet and keep Ceglar predominately forward to give us more forward structure. Pitto is likely going to get monstered by Martin, but his effort to get down and dirty to tackle could help out against Brisbane's midfield. Lewis is too raw and O'Brien...maybe. I'm hopeful Howe gets up too, but it's no guarantee. Ice on the knee usually isn't a good sign.

Ins: Pittonet, Worpel
Outs: McEvoy (injured), Howe (injured)

B: Burton Frawley Stratton
HB: Impey Sicily Hardwick
C: Smith Sheils Henderson
HF: Duryea Gunston Worpel
F: Bruest Ceglar Puopolo
Fol: Pittonet Mitchell O'Meara
Int: O'Rourke, Morrison, Worpel, Miles
