You might be right about the 4kpds but if thats the clubs view its an error IMO.you ought to be flexible enough to alter your structure and team according to what is best to beat each individual opposition,which wont always be the same.

The marginal decision is basically Kolo vs Bews. I'm pretty comfortable with Kolo being able to do as good a job as Bews on anyone. And I think the long term upside of games for Kolo now is also important. Still not convinced Bews will make it.

Last week scarred me. I'm a fan who can sit through hundred point thumpings and still find a reason to watch but last week I turned off during the last quarter and today I can't raise any enthusiasm to even watch the game. I will watch it, of course, but I'm very wary of these hot-and-cold psychos ruining another Friday evening!

For an enjoyable evening: Danger and Selwood to be relatively quiet while the second-tier midfielders step up and get the job done. Would also love Tommy to snag a few and for Kersten to get back to some better form.

Come on, Cats, restore my hope (and interest) in the season!

Someone wasn't around at the start of the Glory Days, eh? In 2007 (I think?) someone started a match preview thread with a 'the type of game we usually lose' bit shunted in at the end. Might have been the Richmond game. We went apeshit and the rest was a fetching bit of history.

After that it became a bit of a good luck charm.
