Happy to see Ladhams back, apart from the nightmare against Port he's played pretty strongly this year. He had a great game against the Demons. Hickey unfortunately isn't having the miraculous year he had last year which is to be expected in some ways (particularly after the injury issues), just hasn't been moving as well and is being pushed out of the contest more easily.

Amartey and Reid are quite mobile too, along with Buddy and his athleticism it's a fairly dynamic tall forward line.

Needed more than a handful of possies. Had a heap of chances fed by the team, but could not clunk marks. His worst game in the 2s for ages.

Good thing he had a dominant run in the lead up. Easily more deserved than if McLean came in.

Give em a chance to bounce back, they were excellent against St Kilda, another poor effort then make some changes.

Yeah nothing to do with losing a couple of best 22 players, having inconsistency from kids who we hoped would kick on, and several "smalls" in various parts of the ground out of form.

Injury hasn’t been kind to him this year. He has missed 5 weeks (rounds 4-8) followed by another 4 weeks (rounds 11-14) this year. Now another week off. He’s probably off the pace for a reason.
