Have currently gone Grundy into Gawn basically on auto-pilot as I have no idea.

TKelly has basically been good every second week for the last 10 or so and with the Saints at home might be a good option as VC with maybe Macrae as Captain against Melbourne at Marvel.

Two game purple patch... total of 3 captainable scores for the year :S

Yeah purple patch may be a bit strong but he's right in the frame for a VC POD this week. I still think it's worth a punt v a depleted Essendon ruck brigade.

If it doesn't pay off then there's plenty of good options on Sunday for the C. Win/Win.

Im surprised by how much I've thrown the C around. Grundy is the main stay but the rest are fairly even.

Grundy again VC on Friday night and if he falters I'm backing in Sloane to feast on the GC mids.

Also I reckon Dunkley is a chance to go big against the Dees FYI.

if you've got Goldy, he's a lock for the C. Dont even worry about a VC.

I can just see Macrae and Oliver cancelling each other out.

Is this round the most open for VC and C options.

I currently have the VC on Grundy - out of habit - but Nic Nat is a huge factor as well.

I can think of at least 6-7 players to put the C on.

ATM - my standard loophole is Bines who has been a great C option all year, it's a shame WC play first up.

Selection, possible trades etc will be the deciding factor IMO.

Anyone else have concerns of where they place the prime player options?

NicNat gets ~50% TOG, so for 40% of the match Grundy will be rucking against Hickey. I'm backing Grundy in
