Went at 88% DE which is among the best for our team. Some of the hate this bloke gets is so unhinged.

Well Al you must have watched a different game because the stats in The West are showing 4 turnovers.
Turnovers in defence lead to goals.
For a player with his supposed experience that's 4 too many. He's been a liability for his whole career.

I no Cole fan, as my posting history would suggest, but it's odd week have a go at him.

You call him one of our better players , he had 16 possession which gained us 265m which equates to 16.5m/ possession.
Was the 1metre handball which went straight to a Port player counted as a possession.
It will be less than that if you deduct how much his turnovers cost us in meters.
He should be the first player delisted .

Cole was in the votes heavily in the two games prior to injury, comes back and is included in a smattering of votes, and people still hate him.

Whipping boy status is such a curse. They didn’t bring him straight back, even though he was in great form when he got hurt. He played WAFL, played it well, then had an at worst fine game against Port.

Get a new whipping boy, I beg.

He's not in the side to be a high MG player.

21 pressure acts (more than anyone from Port) , 6 tackles..

Almost the highest on ground for DE as well.

Like I said, seems an odd week to have a go at him. And I'm not Cole fan either.

I suppose you're a big fan of Duggan as he brings those sweet MG with blind dump kicks
