The amount of sht DBJ cops on this forum is honestly outrageous. Has always been a solid player.
Our most potent forward last season, and top 3 this season. Yet somehow people want him dropped.

Have been critical of BZT but he was really good today in Sav's absence. Rioli's lack of work though should be immediately dropable. I hope Carr sets standards that stale ken no longer does
With Rioli performing like that today, you ask yourself why Williams shouldn’t come straight in to replace him this week.

Georgiades had 9 shots on goal for 3.5 the most by any player in this round. 10 score involvements which is equal 4th this round. Took 5 marks inside 50 the most and equal with Thilthorpe.

He could kick 80 goals in a season if he kicked straight and didn't drop chest marks. Could Kick a ton in a season if he fixed those 2 things and kept improving.
Needs the other forwards to come to the fray and take the pressure off him so that he can just roam exclusively inside 50 and use his speed to lead up.

I watched him pretty closely after QTR time. I've always liked him and at his best he's a good AFL forward but you just can't let such a half assed effort stand. Zero defensive run or pressure on the ball carrier. If he's injured he shouldn't be playing. If he's out of condition and that's what's stopping him getting involved he probably shouldn't be playing again. Holding EVERYONE to a high standard is how you build a team that can challenge for a flag.

As much as I love Rioli, surely he has to be dropped. He might decide to pull the plug .... but surely that 'effort', which was probably worse than even Luko's, can't be tolerated.

Ha! As if Kenny's gonna pull the gold card.

He's probably the player that's turned my opinion of them around the most, ever. Whenever we really need a goal, there's a lot of scoreboard pressure, everyone's missing shots, and DBJ gets it, it's like "YES!"

Dont know what we do with Willy
Just hoping hes saving himself for a,Showdown, blinder.
Maby release,Willy a few weeks before,seasons end.
And let him decide if he has the hunger,to play AFL..
Pretty sure another Afl club will have a crack at him.If we trade him.

Couple of things, did we win the toss and kick against a 4 goal breeze, havent seen that since Cotchins final disaster. Gave WC a sniff and we played the wind badly consistently not reading the ball drop. Skills also were poor in first half especially by foot.
Allir playing injured but was good in final qtr playing loose. Rat a big loss to structure.
Richards was handy but did burn a player and missed easy goal, hopefully will be told , team first.
Luv Rioli but he is a concern, maybe needs a mental health break and time away.
Lord and Luko didnt work, a little to MG focussed for my liking.
JHF massive and wines stood up when needed.
Carrs got alot to do over summer, priority has to be skills.
At least they showed some ticker to grind it out.

To be fair to Liddy he hits a target with his kicks and to their advantage, has very good downfield vision. Not so great around the packs.

JHF vs Reid they both seemed to be bringing out the best in each other, trying to one up the other, was good to watch. Imagine those two with the right coach rather than the opposition to fire them up. Competitive beasts.

Terrible skills to start, didn't come to play as has been so often the case under Ken.
