I went to the West Perth v Easts game. Eagles only had 3 players play WAFL this week due to the other clubs having weeks off

Only 2 Eagles played. Ben Sharp is finished with the Eagles. Was quite poor. Spent a few weeks in WAFL reserves. Wont be upgraded

McKinley was pretty good but should of done better considering Easts dominance. Didnt notice him enough, Im not sure hes ever gonna be a good WAFL player though. Like most forward they are only as good as the delivery they get

Nicoski is the other one. He plays today

Should be finished with West Perth aswell. He's butchered our finals chances in several games this year.

Anyone have any details on Sam Butlers game in the reserves. Apparantly injured his groin in the first few minutes. Anyone know the seriousness?

Stats from SportingPulse:

Nicoski - 9K, 6H, 2M
McKinley - 11K, 9H, 1M, 5I50, 1.3
Sharp - 13K, 5H, 5M, 6I50
Butler - 1K, 4H

 Doesn't look that bad based on those stats.

Id say 12 of those 13 kicks went right to the opposition. His disposal is worse than Rowan Jones by foot in all honesty. He will be dropped and back to the WAFL reserves next week. He gets the ball but butchers it like no other. Hes gone

Surprised McKinley ended up with 20 possessions. Thought it was less then that. 20 possessions looks good but he didnt have that much of a impact and yet again he missed too many easy opportunities at goal. Needs to learn how to kick at goal

Why did you blokes re-draft Sharpy?

He had two years (2005 and 2006) where he showed SFA. Surely you would of been able to tell from those two years that he's too slow, too soft and ordinary in the skills department.

You'd be better off drafting a gun WAFL player like Jason Salecic or Greg Broughton.

After his first year he seemed to have a future, that brings a lot of credit when you're on the rookie list.
