A coach is only as good as the support staff he has around him. Sadly he lost the remainder of that at the end of last season.

Questions also need to be asked around the amount of injuries we have suffered this season. Is it a fitness & conditioning issue that needs to be addressed?

I know you know that we all know that our list isn't what we made it up to be. We just finding it out this season. We covered these sorts of injuries last season. The only good thing out of this season's players is getting games that otherwise wouldn't.

The same VFL kids that won a flag in 2019? When the club has injuries, the whole club has injuries. If there’s 10 kids stepping up, that’s 10 we have to find for the VFL. We are knocking kids who have played 15 games and under and expecting them to compete against guys like Hawkins etc. It’s madness.
