I think, he has gradually gotten less rubbish over the season. Not a long term prospect for when we will be competing for flags again.

Carlton is probably the closest comparison.

Players that are too old fashioned, that probably worked in the past with team defences but now get found out with more pace on the ball and more emphasis on beating your direct opponent.

Yes. Richmond aren't in good form. Neither are West Coast if we are talking g about lack of wins. But the game is in Perth at Optus Stadium so that will favour the Eagles.

Champion to play WAFL and keep working on his tank, maybe bring him back in a couple weeks.
Kelly 1 more in the WAFL.
Cripps 1 more chance in the AFL side, with Gross/Kelly/Champion breathing down his neck.
Bazzo 1 more week, but on this ice.

I think we miss our stars too much for us to beat Richmond tbh. I'd give Kelly one more shot in the middle but if he fails he can stay in the WAFL until seasons end.
