4 - Jack "FRIDGE" Graham - Stolen from the Mongrel Punt "Stats will say that he laid seven tackles, and they’d be right, but how many tackles did he stand in, drawing more and more heat on himself before releasing to a teammate. The bloke was an absolute heat magnet for the Eagles, and continued to crack in deep into the game."
3 - Reuben Ginbey - 19 one percenters in this game! The Boy just tries his guts out every single game, hates losing contests, and wants to kill the ball if its in his region, even if one of his own players is in the way.

- I'm not sure A Reid, Shanahan, CDT etc get their goals without the heavy lifting the Loosh does. works so so hard, we missed him last year
1 - Bo Allan - Think he deserves some flowers for his best game for us. 17 touches, nearly 400Meters gained in his 8th game of footy. He has a beautiful blend of size and speed, and is only going to get better. Game 8, and on a similar trajectory as Dan Curtain

Honourable mentions - Pretty much the entire team. Everyone had moments, everyone could have been worthy of a vote.

Last week I had an issue determining who should get the 5 votes, despite multiple players deserving a place in the top 5 - there just wasn’t a genuine 5 vote game there

This week, I could give the 5 to 3 or 4 players and at least a dozen players are worthy of votes but I can only name 5

5- Reid was a great game from him despite the, often unfair, physical treatment he had to absorb
4- Graham I nearly gave the 5 votes to. Was just a really solid game from a player who did all the little things well and set the standard for intent/physicallity
3- Yeo was that big bodied presence we missed so badly last year. Kicked two ripping goals
2- Murdock the energiser bunny. His first goal got us going and his second sealed the game
1- Duff-Tytler wins the raffle for 5th place. Could have mean any number of players but the pace and clean hands he provided up forward was insane for someone 200cm
