Scott trying to save his career.

Maybe I'm wrong but I would've thought his best chance to save his career would be to prove he's to oversee the rebuild. Surely with the clean-out last year North were acknowledging it was time. They might have a list that can make finals (I don't see it) but even if they do make them, how deep can they really go?

A few fringe players improving to best 22, solid and tangible development of the young brigade and a win here or there would be a pretty solid platform to argue that he should remain there and regenerate the list.

Meaningless having Florent on the bench though, really. Unless Eddy becomes a late in (still suspect he might, whole situation makes no sense to me and there's this talk about Gray and OP) I'll be taking his score.
