That's 318k not doing as expected (needs to meet his KPIs of 80+ average), can use the 105k to upgrade or side grade someone to someone else better. Marchbank comes to mind too if he performs.

It all depends on JOM now.

JOM got a 70odd and played pretty ave. I didnt start with him as thats about what I expected from him this year @ 318k. Will have the odd game above that but not consistant. He is a poor selection as wont make money and wont score high enough. Classic mid price trap.
