Can't wait for the presser tonight:

"Yeah look we probably could have prepared a little better, few little issues that need to be addressed but it's a long term process and we just have to sit back and trust it."
Nonsense. You didn’t mention “the contest”

Won't play footy in September playing like that. It's honestly remarkable how JLo has managed to make Bolton look mediocre. We don't even look to get him into damaging areas or rove at the front of packs
It's striking how you watch Bolton move it ****ing forward compared to everyone else

While I know we were leading for most of it but I felt like that was mostly due to Sydney's like 8 easy misses. They actually killed us through the middle for most of the game.

Brayrong have struggled to start the year and it's clear we are missing Young as the 3rd mid. Fyfe wont fix that.

At some point though the being young excuses wont cut it.

Banfield doesn't do enough for me, I'd prefer Walters if fit or Sturt.

Voss while ok just has too many brain farts. The miss directly in front and then 1min later the turn over in the centre of the ground instead of kicking it long inside 50. But Darcy in solves this because he comes out.

When Jaeger is your best mid, you're not going to win many games. He has played well but we need others.

Umps were shit in terms of so many missed calls but ultimately they weren't the deciding factor.

Just mostly deflated now with losses, like I kind of expect them and until proven otherwise I'll continue to be pessimistic about it

We won the handballs!! Again yeah!!

And we won a first quarter comprehensively!!

Alex Pearce was great.

That's it.

Plus we got to watch the Warner brothers, Heeney, Papley, Rowbottom, and some bloke called Mat Roberts who killed us.
The style of Sydney's gameplan, on an oval that is so different to their own home ground, really does show the benefits of system, structure and coaching.

Why do we never have a player roving at the front of an aerial contest?

Why were we bombing repeatedly inside 50 on a hope and a prayer?

Why do we still after years of evidence that it doesn’t work handball backward to get out of pressure situation?

Why do we consistently lose tight games?

All of those are coaching matters. Team has not improved since 2022

I just dont know how to process that without getting really mean to players. Two of the worst individual crunch time moments I've ever seen from Cox and Voss, like, they should just drop themselves. I'm so ****ing angry.

There are so many coaching moments to pick on that it's hard to list. Opened up repeatedly, poor structure, forwards not leading at the ball, inability to move ****ong forward.

Seriously throw the year, take some draft picks and get a new coach.
