Good fight, but lots of injuries.

Yuck for three quarters but the last quarter was fun.

Ward, Newcombe, Maginness, MacDonald and Moore all played a major role dragging us back into the game, awesome signs from all of them.

Jeka has to be re-signed, extremely high ceiling.

That kick at the end from Breust summed up our performance today. What could have been. Very annoying that we only decided to turn up with that intensity for the last quarter. However, it was great to see the young guys step up in the last. Newcombe Ward MacDonald Moore Maginness

Thought Jeka looked okay, but really disappointed for Morris who was having a great game up until his injury.

Finn was good again. Improving every week.

Terrible effort for 2.5 quarters.
Umpiring was a disgrace, seriously terrible effort from the men in green today.

It was a s**t game with poor umpiring and key injuries but the performances from our younger players in that last quarter was exciting. Newcombe, Moore, Butler, Ward, CMac, Maginness, Morrison all critical and almost sparked the miraculous.

Disappointing - thought before the game we could win this.
Might have finally bought it in the last but poor conversion from the Saints made it look flattering.

Injuries - disappointing for those guys and hopefully nothing serious

Don’t want to hear another word about Finn - deserves his spot and was excellent in the middle

Have to feel that if we actually played 2 rucks, we would have won this. Marshall was BOG by a mile.

I liked that Newc was able to work his way back into good footy over that game. When he started to fire again in the last we looked so much better. Never been clearer that we are at our worst when Mitchell is our #1 mid though, great player and had some great seasons with us but does not suit how we want to play now.

I think this game showed how important Reeves is. McEvoy is still fantastic aerially but got monstered by Marshall.
