Will post a proper preview in time, but for now...

Good guys VS bad guys*

I'm praying for a win, but think it's best not to think about the probable outcome. So, instead...

Charlie to mark everything and kick a few.
McKay to back up last week with another solid display.
Welcome back Marchy.
One of Fisher or Williamson to stop slacking off and win a nomination for the Carlton rising star award... ;)

Blues by green shoots.

We need more run

In: Byrne, Boekhorst
Out: White, Lamb (only because he doesn't play through the midfield and we won't drop a tall defender for some reason)

One of Fisher, Cunners, Williamson to stop slacking off and win a nomination for the Carlton rising star award... ;)

Blues by green shoots.
Cunners already has a rising star nomination

Actually if Kreuzer is out Lamb can stay.

Docherty Jones Plowman
Marchbank Weitering Byrne
Boekhorst Kerridge Petrevski-Seton
Thomas Curnow Fisher
Wright McKay Silvagni
Casboult Gibbs Murphy

Williamson Lamb Simpson Cuningham

I can see them bringing in Gorringe though. Not sure how I feel about that.

OUT - Matthew Kreuzer (Injured), Jacob Weitering (Managed), Simon White (Omitted)

IN - Daniel Gorringe, Ciaran Byrne, Kristian Jaksch

FB - Caleb Marchbank, Lachie Plowman, Sam Docherty
HB - Dale Thomas, Liam Jones, Kade Simpson
C - Ciaran Byrne, Bryce Gibbs, David Cuningham
HF - Samo Petrevski-Seton, Levi Casboult, Charlie Curnow
FF - Matthew Wright, Harry McKay, Zac Fisher
R - Daniel Gorringe, Marc Murphy, Sam Kerridge
I - Jack Silvagni, Jed Lamb, Kristian Jaksch, Tom Williamson

E - Nick Graham, Blaine Boekhorst, Simon White

Weitering is a shadow of his 2016 self. Only playing worse each week.
White will probably make way for more speed.
Kreuzer possibly out, but doesn't look like much.

Jaksch obviously on his way out the door, but might as well reward him when necessary.
Byrne should be back surely.
Gorringe the fill-in ruckman. Not great, but it's the next best option we have (that is if he is fit). If not then it would have to be Korcheck (hoping not).

Still no point in giving up. They are playing for pride and respect.

Gorringe apparently got injured during the VFL game today, fortunately it would seem that Kreuze suffered a mild concussion & could be available next week.

Tip: drug cheats by plenty

Quiet desire: Simon White ending his and Jab's AFL career. Die a Carlton legend, Whitey! Then laugh about it like that flog Sam Lonergan did after he ****ed Carrazzo. It's the slow burn.

Well that was ummm... Poor this evening.

IN: Pickett, Macredie, Boek, Jacksch :drunk: (Only if Kreuzer inj)
OUT: Thomas, White, Lamb, Kreuzer (Inj)

Pinch hit in the ruck with Levi,Jones, Mckay & Charlie.
Play Jacksch forward.
Not sure if it's worth playing him though when it's almost a fait accompli he will be delisted at seasons end.

Bellchambers look like Tarzan play like Jane so we just need to win the midfield battle.

This is gonna suck.

Hoping that we can somehow win this one.

Need to drop White, Lamb didn't offer much either.

Byrne needs to be considered, they have some damaging small forwards.

Hopefully Kreuzer is up to it, if not it's either Korchek or Cas as the main ruck.

Jack needs to play as a forward.

Although he was a liability in his past couple of outings, I would bring in Graham to do a tagging job. This would be to release Kerridge to hunt the ball. Desperately need some ball winners in the midfield.

If we can have 30 possession games from Murphy, Kerridge, Gibbs plus another 20+ possession game from SPS, I feel that is our only chance.

We are not going to like the rest of this season are we?

I hate this drug taking cheat club. Would be nice to interrupt their plans for September
