Scored 2,599 (give me 1 more point you pricks) and went down 22 spots to 207 overall.

Only won 5\10 leagues but won my cash league. Have the double chance in all 10 leagues luckily.

Pretty bumbed out about it all to be honest, was expecting way better

Dusty > Bolton 2 weeks ago was my worst trade ever! Should have just played Fin Macrae and grabbed Marshall the week after.

Very much trending the wrong way at the wrong time of the year (included a lovely SBS of Bolton, Ridley, Taranto and Greene). Also managed to lose both my prelims after only losing one H2H all year.

Think I made the mistake (again) of getting to full premo too early (end of R14). Going hard so early means you miss out on the players that catch fire later in the year, and if players start to die off (see Taranto et al), you don't really get the luxury of turfing them to a real premo.

I'd like to say lesson learned, but can almost guarantee I'll be back here next year (just without any GWS player gracing my side until the end of time).

Purely for the sake of transparency:
2,555 on the round.
Pedestrian, but held back on Newcombe > Marshall or Sharp > Macrae because it seemed like main matchups would be OK and ended up squeaking by in all.
The 70-odd pts would have been handy, though, would like to at least get closer to 1k again, drifted out to 1,228 overall.
Taranto not super but he is not an SC specialist, Ridley had an assignment.
Neale disappointing, albeit understandable, he's banged up, playing through it.
No complaints on the whole, have to take your decisions and live with the outcomes.

If I use it to trade Bolton and then cop a season ending injury I'm screwed.

If you're lucky, you'll see about half of the round's games before you'll need to pull the trigger.
Would base it purely off how it looks then and if you think you need a boost in any cashies with enough cash on the line.
The value of the trade to avoid a donut probably otherwise outweighs.

True mate, I used my last one last week and now it’s just in the hands of the SuperCoach gods. You may get a season ending injury or you may not mate. Go with your gut

I’d love to have Walsh in my mids but just mucked up not getting him this year, cant have them all. If the mids perform like that for the next 3 weeks I’ll post pages of puppies lol
