Doesn’t look great for Morris
I would think he would be fairly safe on getting at least a 1 year contract. Callow is the player more at risk on that front. I think if he was ever going to play forward this year again, it would have been tonight. Didn't mind his game tonight. He had 1 pass there that was very classy.I would like to see Jeka play as a key forward in the absence of Lewis. The next three games may determine whether or not he gets a new contract extension.
Impey and Reeves out for the season.Early feelings:
OUT: Lewis, Kozi, Morris (Inj)
IN: Impey, Lynch/Reeves, Jeka
Ah, didn't know Reeves and Impey were done. Lynch and Serong it is.Impey and Reeves out for the season.
After tonight you can also add Lewis and Morris.
Yeah listening to mitch in his presser sounds like lewis has a small lingering knee issue and there is some small risk with it. I'd ice him up as well.I'd put Lewis on ice for the season TBH. Getting worried with that knee playing up.
Hopefully Kosi can get up. Wouldn't mind giving Serong a debut and have Kosi and Gunner as our two talls and Serong as the third.
If Lynch is ready I'd throw him in ahead of Kosi.
DGB will come in.Ah, didn't know Reeves and Impey were done. Lynch and Serong it is.
I reckon a role on Miller would be an good learning experience though. Possibly the best two way mid in the comp. Maginness learning and progressing well in his role. No need to rush him.I would love to see Finn get a full game as a mid. He’s done really well tagging but he’s really showing promising signs as an inside mid. He’s the one who turned the last game for us in the middle.
