The big game is here. A loss today will all but guarantee us pick 1, while the Eagles win last night has pretty much ensured we'll be picking in the first 2 anyway.

Arguably our strongest team that we've fielded for a while, with Martin Graham and Nankervis coming back in. It will be interesting to see if we leave Balta down back as the Roos have Larkey and Teakle lining up in their F50. Meanwhile our forward line is Koschitzke as the tall and a bunch of mid/small forwards which no doubt means that we'll be kicking it in long high and slow on Koschitzke head and expecting him to somehow out mark 2-3 opponents.

Lets see if Yze has learned from last week and not tagging Daicos by at least putting someone near Sheezel and/or LDU today.

Going to be an interesting day either way.

As I posted elsewhere, for the sake of an earlier pick at each round of the draft, a significant cohort of posters won't be unhappy if we loose and you may get that impression during the course of the game if you read this thread.

Apologies in advance if you dont agree but that's the way it is.

Only problem with beating a rabble like North is that a lot on here will blow it out of proportion.
Mediocre players will suddenly become potential stars and has beens will immediately have three more years left in them.
Most will overstate the significance and forget we are miles behind the eight ball.

Yep. Next thing after that, shitfights with other posters that we can win a flag if we just hold on to Graham, Grimes and Martin for 3 more years.

Dusty’s last game for us

We will win by 35

We win, we are still a poor side in 2024. We lose, we are a poor side.

Next Week, Lolnorth get to play Wet Toast for the Draftrort Cup. Expect foot stamping fto the CFL or Compo's .

The shitsn'giggles match of the season for Tiges is rnd 24. Invest in bagging the Suntanners at home. Pack the joint, win by plenty. Throw burn't sausages onto the ground at full time.

We better not screw up and win today.
