My grandfather also has a stutter and he obtained it through a traumatic experience, so I have empathy for the guy. I don’t know what is wrong with being empathetic to someone else. If you knew someone with a stutter as I do, you’d understand that it does actually seriously affect their confidence.
Anyway, enjoy the win. Wasn’t having a crack - rather, expressing my empathy for someone’s struggle.

There is nothing wrong with empathy.
Looked only just ok in the VFL.But I reckon there are some footballers that are like batsmen.They'll occasionally do better at a higher level where the ball comes on faster, the playing surfaces are better and you have better players around you

Townsend been playing as a key forward in the VFL too which isn't his go. He's a true defensive forward. When used that way it's not surprising to see him have greater impact.

Saw the first and last quarter.
Mixed performance.
some horrendous decision and skill errors but looked dangerous moving the ball quickly.
wish we could maximise kingy’s strengths by hitting him on a lead occasionally!
feel it could have been a really good win if we were a bit more composed in the first quarter. Missed a few gettable ones.
miller, Powell, Anderson, macpherson good from what I saw.
smith and Corbett did a job.

Last time we played them Pittonet had 60 hit outs or something. Not sure if he’s in the VFL or injured

Powell made a couple of early errors which could have sapped his confidence. For him to keep taking the game on was fantastic
