this is a must-win game

if essendon get done for re-igniting their 'supplements' program, carlton get caught salary crap breaching, the Sydney teams get stuck in quarantine for 6 months and Melbourne get done for reverse-tanking, we are still a shot at the eight

I'm expecting a big performance on this basis

I will go up for the game and to say my goodbyes to 2 Hawk legends.

Thanks Burgers for providing all of us with countless highlights and feelings of “its all good Burgers is in the middle” moments.
Not to mention those clutch plays where you just got it done.
None of us will forget the 2013 Prelim which without you, we may never have won the 3 Peat.

To AC, thank you for everything you have done for our club.
Words do not do any justice to what you have achieved as a coach not only for the HFC, but for the game.

I will put my hand in my pocket to support any fundraising efforts the club announces to make sure a statue of you is erected alongside JK Snr at Dingley. (The club must do this) or at the very least name an oval after you.

I will be having a few (way too many) ice cold Boags Premiums after the game on Saturday and every second mouthful will be a toast, to two great men.

Looking fwd to:

Mitchell v Libba
Nash v Bont
JOM v McRae
Chad v Smith
Bramble v Hunter

We should win the ruck.

They have no tall defenders of note.

Hartigan to Naughton.
No Bruce.

Should be a close one.
Mitchell should play on Macrae.
Jaeger on Bont.
Nash on Libba
Chad on Treloar
Bramble on Hunter
Phillips, Morrison etc on Smith.

Should win the ruck easily.

They've got Schache playing key defender who's been monstered lately and Cordy who has been shown up plenty of times this year so far.

Naughton, JUH and likely Tim English (who has an 80/20 split fwd/ruc).

Sweet plays for them who's basically a depth rookie.

DGB plays on JUH if he's playing, Tim O'Brien plays on him if he doesn't.
Naughton v Frost
English v Hartigan.

Wasn't it to do with the person that flew from Sydney without a permit?
This was the main issue.
Health chief in Tassie said if there's one single case in state in days before Bulldogs game it won't go ahead at UTAS.
