crozier and D.Pearce would be the ones most under gun based on pure stats and my view of the match...

Barlow was not near our best. He butchered it going forward far too often.
Yeah, but if you're suggesting he should be dropped when compared to the likes of De Boer and Gu, then your credibility rating goes to about zero.

It's about weeding out the bad kicks. All 3 deserve to go really.

Fine. So that's three players you'll need to find to replace them, two games out from finals and with a few of the more likely replacements all out injured.

Gu and De Boer I'd be willing to take Tabs and Weller on one leg atm, but who the name of blind Freddie do you think could possibly come in for Barlow???

How we cant have someone attacking as our sub gets me. And we need duffield as pure small forward shutdown player.

IN: Pavlich, C.Pearce, Duffield
Out: Dawson, DeBoer, Mzungu

With an alternative of Dawson staying in instead of Griffin. Then him playing 2nd ruck.

No, Barlow needs to go back to the midfield as an inside/under player. That's where he belongs and that's where he does his best work. Try playing Priddis as a half forward and see how effective he is.

Bad kicking is bad kicking no matter where you are on the field. Stop trying to hide him.

And yet Priddis is highly effective and is a terrible kick.

He will play up the ground, when we get a proper forward line in the future. His pace and pressure will be very valuable up the ground.
Mayne's as much a casualty of our forward line issues as anyone else, really.

ross said on 6pr last week that Barlow has never played as mainly an inside midfielder under his reign. Always high half forward or wing mainly. Does any one agree with that.

Ive revisited a lot of our games this and last season and he does start on the wing a hell of a lot.He is around the ball at clearances around the ground but not at centre bounces .

Out DeBoer, Mzungu, A Pearce (rest)/or one of Crozier/Sheridan.

In Pavlich, C Pearce, Tabener/Duffield

Noticed it more this year. I remember him being on the wing last year but he seems to be forward more this year. It can be hard to tell if a player is wing or high half forward, but I'm sure he is playing more as a stay home forward this year than last.

He always played as a leadup/ high half forward for Perth. He used to run his opponents off their feet with his endless repeat leads.
I've got a lot of time for him; I think if some other things up forward come right, Mayne comes right. Lot of knee jerk reactions these days.

No, this is not correct.

I don't understand the risk of playing PAV one bit.Another two weeks off you'd think would be pretty beneficial to the great man.

Maca can have two weeks off too.
