What a year. Hardest football year of my life that's for sure.

I think I finally matured though as an adult. Getting absolutely demolished week in week out at the beginning of the season allowed me to turn the corner and "grow up" so to speak. I don't cry and break things anymore.

I turn 40 next year so happy with this level of progress.
