Nobody entirely knows what happened. Petty was in tears, both GM's had a talk about it. I'm sure more will come out in the coming days. Have the feeling I'm going to be very disappointed in one of our players unfortunately.

Andrews was our “captain in waiting”… but is this still the case? Either through a change in the way the ball is coming in, or through a big drop in his form this year, he’s not the player he was! Hopefully he’s been carrying something…

Andrews was my favourite player up until the last few years and always seemed a captain in waiting. He’s gone from easy best key defender in the league to bog average. That obviously isn’t why he can’t be captain though, it’s his body language.

Every time his man marks it he throws his arms up and looks for a teammate to blame. If it’s not that it’s a tantrum at the umpires. Not sure if he got a big head or what, but he’s a long way removed from the player he was the first few years
