I don’t profess to be a lip reader but I can’t see the word being said there.
It’s just a Crows nuffy trying to play it down by saying IQ laughed it off.
I’d love to know how they all reacted when Finlayson got done for it.

One thing I noticed about Saturday’s game that gave me a lot of confidence about the rest of the season was the way we weren’t allowing so much coast to coast from our forward line

One of the biggest issues we’ve had since King’s Birthday was just allowing everyone to transition from our Forward 50 like it was a training drill.

We defended the ground against Adelaide as well as we have for 3 months. The timing of that couldn’t. Be better.

We kept the Crows to under 60 points with the umpires providing at least half their score so we actually defended arguably the best we have all year. Without Howe.

If we can just use this last game to get our forward connection back on track, watch out.

You can’t see the word being said because it’s not. Because that’s not the incident. That person is clearly not all there.

If you read their responses to others and stuff, they’re in full tinfoil hat mode and reading Q’s claps as “ha ha I’ve got him” as opposed to the far more likely “yeah good one dickhead”

People carrying on about our form. We've lost 3 games by under a kick. Fcukin shot ourselves in the foot on Sat night and were royally screwed by the maggots in yellow. The wheel turned and now it's time to step it up a notch against the Dees.

Agree! The loss sucks but it’s comforting in a way that they relied on bullshit frees to beat us.

We bring that intensity over the next month and we can do anything.

It was definitely the response I was hoping for - the intensity, the hunger. Just disappointing not to have made the most of it on the scoreboard. But definitely improved and gave me some hope back.

Howe is a general down back, we may not have won that game, but i think there would of been less scoreboard damage. And not having Long and Titch on the field at the same time.

It really threw a spanner in our plans.

I get that

But almost everyone has been flooding us this year

Melbourne did it, St.Kilda did it and many others (strangely Richmond didn't). But the difference is, in all those other games we were allowing them to then run it out be it by handball chain or by slicing through by foot.

Against Adelaide we weren't allowing that which was really good to see.

We played 5 contenders post bye and are 0/5. We only needed to win 1 to guarantee 4th.

From what we saw on Saturday I am extremely positive that we found form again and can still match the best. The problem is our ladder position is at stake. If we had 4th secured id be licking my lips at the thought of playing Adelaide again.
