With Ward and Cogs out we really miss Hopper. No coincidence Taranto's impact has been down without him. Finlayson in the high fwd role is becoming a very hard matchup. Perryman is also developing each week, really reliable player now.
Lots of positives to come from the game including JC's Coleman, Whitfield and Kelly finding some form, Davis having a great game and most importantly kicking at least a goal in the 2nd half
Daniels needs to spend his summer working on his fitness and his goal kicking 9.16 this year and not sure on his OOB but he has good disposal so hopefully with a few improvements he will kick over 20 goals next year
Lloyd with 3 goals was impressive after his injury layoff and he cemented his spot for the 1st final
Still some poor disposal in the back half with Shaw 2 shocking kicks and Tomlinson with a HOTB and against the last placed team it does not cost the 4 points but against a high pressure team like the Dogs in a final it will be a goal
