How good is it for our Victorian fans to see a win? I said a couple of times in the game thread that we played well enough to be winning that game and were just terrible going inside 50, and then late on missed a few easy shots. That's a great win with no ruckman and too many kids with single digit game experience. When we got the ball to Rich in the centre and then Bailey took the mark, it was never in doubt (yeah right ). Great cool kick by Bailey. He didn't even watch it sail. He knew as soon as it left his boot.

Great win. Clearly some stuff to work on for the next game but that's OK.

Danaher plays like a guy who is a superstar who got signed by last year's wooden spooners. He's needs to realise he has done absolutely nothing the last couple of years and is only there because McStay was the weakest player in a prelim final from last year.
