Took a good mark in the forward pocket but his set shot grazed the post. Didn't really see him apart from that but the ball hardly made it into the F50.

Port are like an old pair of shoes, you know they are there, they smell & they just slowly move out of the rotation even though you hang on to them for years.

Ok here’s my perspective.
Port are like a 1959 Burst Les Paul.
Looks amazing, acoustically good to play, and worth a million dollars.
But if it’s not tuned when plugged in, it’ll sound like crap.

Most guitars sound like shit with the pups not set correctly, how the action is set is a bit more dependant on the player there's a sweet spot for intonation but some like a slightly higher or lower action.

For sure, but there are good solid state amps these days some of the hybrid tube/solid state gear is decent.

I’ve had and have my fair share of St’s and Modular’s, the ones I kept just sit in storage.

Noting better than Alnico’s & JJ’s moving that air around friend.

He started really nicely. Took a neat mark uncontested on the wing. Then a good overhead mark running back into the forward pocket dropping behind Redman. His setshot from the boundary was a drop punt that hit the post. Thereafter he didn’t really feature except for one half-tackle that showed good intensity on the defensive side of wing but stilll didn’t lockdown the opponent with the ball.

Too little in too short a time with his teammates too poor to be able to judge him.
