I'd say the only time I get annoyed is when he's doing special comments and tries to pass off an obvious free kick missed to WCE, or a dodgy one paid against, too lightly instead of calling it out but that may be a studio directive to not overly be critical of the umpires.

Who comes out for Graham is the million dollar question. Probably Noah Long I would've thought.

I feel like if Bo Allan was going to be the sub they would've announced his debut already, which leads me to think that Hall is probably the one being relegated to the sub.

Although it pains me to say as Noah's sponsor, he will benefit a whole heap from playing in the seconds and needs to come out for Graham.

Noah will come good, far too clean and skillful not to make it. I expect him to put in some good performances with the beagles.

I’m sure that this will come back to bite me, but looking at the two sides on paper we don’t look as hopelessly outclassed as I’d thought we would

Jackson, Serong and Brayshaw give them an edge in the midfield and I don’t have confidence that we’ll be able to contain Treacy. Outside of that the teams look fairly even

From an age and experience POV there’s also little separating the two teams with us being marginally older and more experienced albeit they have less players with sub 50 and 51-99 games

These will also change when squads are reduced to 23 tomorrow



Dewar, Maric, Hewett and Hall should make the cut whilst I’m sure Flynn is only named as cover for B-Will

Leaves one spot in the 23 for either J-Will, Allan or Long

J-Will - Do we go back to a taller forwardline after going small against Brisbane? He could also go in the ruck if there’s concerns over B-Will or A-Reid running out the match (arguably they shouldn’t be playing if there is). The smaller forwardline looked good against Brisbane so think we’ll stay with that

Reckon Long could do with a stint in the WAFL to work on finding a bit more of the footy
