No, we dont tag. Theres nobody on our list currently that can go with Butters. Deven Robertson at stoppages. Possibly a bit of Bo Allan. Butters has never been successfully tagged, has he?

Bazzo, JWilliams and Hughwitt would need time in WAFL. Annoying that WAFL season is delayed, that is a disadvantage. I really don't want Bazzo or Maric playing in this side. Brock was not bad in the pre season. More than likely Shanahan plays back more this week as we can cover forward with Archer and CDT height. This week is all about Butters and JHF. We need to massively limit their influence more than anything. Rozee is a huge loss from their half back line.... (I hope )

I can see us going small and doing Lindsay and Schoenberg for Murdock and Edwards.

I think Ginbey and Young can handle the KPD spots given we seem to be swinging a forward back down there to help out at times.

I know the rigors of AFL are intense but its also one of the shortest seasons in the sporting world I believe.

English football is generally a 9 month, 42-50 game season (with cups and play-offs factored in but without accounting for international tournaments). Basketball in the US is an 80 game season? Baseball is beyond wild.

I don't blame the AFL for trying to get more weekends with competitive games on.
