Who are Hopper owners bringing off the bench to cover him this week? I am thinking of giving Chandler a debut at F6 and swinging Dunks to the mids. A rookie omission would actually be beneficial this round to field a score off the bench.

I listened to some Champion Data bloke on SEN. He said the first couple rounds has been the most uncontested footy in 7 or 8 years. That would explain the huge scoring in some of the outside runners and defenders, and the lack of scoring from some of the inside bulls. Will be interesting to see how this changes as the season progresses.

I've got Hollands at M9 so he gets a game this week. I also have Oskar so can loop if he scores well tonight.

Surely the Dogs lift this week, and if they do it will have to be their best players - Bont, Macrae, Libba, English. Maybe Crazy Bevo actually plays his best players in their best positions for a change.

I have no idea Bont vs Dunks tonight for the VC. Can see either/both/neither having a big score.

Probably the kick in rule too? A lot of uncontested possessions to move the ball 50 meters but then it’s easier to try pass it to a player when you’re already at your D50.

Whereas a few years ago most would only bomb it to about D60 and much harder to find a player from there.

Yeah we need to play someone like Bolton on him so at least he can hurt the pies the other way

Nicky D is in love with the Sherrin. He sprints 100m back to take the kick-ins. He sprints 100m forward to get a handball receive. He can't live without the footy in his hands. His ToG% is elite. As a half back with this much freedom, I don't think he's taggable. Yes you can exploit him the other way, but the other players know they need to cover for Nick going for a stroll.

On-ball Daics is taggable (for now...), because his positioning is more predictable.

That's what I think we will do to an extent but knowing Bolton he will just stand next to him for the first bounce and not pay any remote attention to him for the remainder of the game lol
