We are fu**in on like donkey kong, as Whately says “we are in it up to our eyeballs this year”
Two games into the second year how good is the Polec/Pittard deal looking for us? I thought both were hugely influential against GWS and both looked to have really settled into the North game plan and team. Pittard a contender for best steak knives of all time.

They did make 2 GFs and I think went in faves in both....at least in 2016.
AA captain, multiple Coleman's. To be fair they probably dont make either of those without Franklin. Their decline has nothing to do with buddy's recruitment and more to do with the rapid decline of a number of their mainstays who at their peak were genuinely elite.

I would think Crisp at Collingwood currently the titleholder.

Unless you count Carey as the steak knives on the Longmire deal? In that case, the discussion can be closed forever
Yes, Crisp played many decent games.. was not pivotal in anything with substance.. neither is Jasper, lets just see how this one pans out

Hall? For now maybe..
LDU
Completely different player, LDU perhaps competes with Thomas for the same position as this young up and coming mid who has this x-factor and can play a forward role. Hall when fit is expected to take up the top 3 mid role due to his experience

Swans went backwards when they got him. Big mistake. Not quite the same but close enough that maybe we should have taken notice before chasing Martin and Kelly.
They made two grand finals just after he arrived. I guess you can argue it wasn’t a success, but they definitely didn’t go backwards.

I think Crisp ran top 3 in Collingwood’s B&F last year. In a good side.
Yep, hard for a back pocket to finish top 4 in your BnF, a lot harder to become a cult hero...

i’ll also accept Crisp as sensational steak knives, and after round 5 lastyear.. so is Pittard
