According to afl.com now the team's been decided.

Interchange: R. Hargrave, P. Dimattina, J. McMahon, S. Garlick
Emergency: D. Cross, W. Skipper, B. Harris

Agree with some others that Garlick is a bit lucky. Would have had the first 3 in but would have preferred any of the other 3. Hopefully the other 3 show us plenty again for Werribee.

Another good performance by Skipper must get him in soon. Can't be emergency forever.

Regarding Hargrave, I don't think he was very good at all last week. And although he was good I thought 2nd half against Geelong, he was poor in the first half of that one IMO. He needs to get back to last years form quickly or he'll be making way for someone else.

He was a lot better than the golden boys like Guido on the weekend.
Not even close. Guido was good last week.

He left a couple short of his forwards early but I thought he was one of our better players.

Against Geelong he was excellent.

Guido definately tailed off towards the end of last season, but the kid is a real good player - not will be, already is.

It wasnt just a few kicks falling short he turned it over coming inside 50 countless times. He had 3 or 4 that fell short and watching the game on fox yesterday there were 2 that he put straight down the throat of the opposition (kicks that actually go down as clangers) in one quarter.I agree he is a good player but he has had 2 more possesions than Hargrave. One played as a midfielder and the other as a backmen.Hargys spoiling and harrassing was first rate while I thought Guido played like a millionaire trying to drill passes between 3 or 4 richmond players.I thought Hargy was average against Geelong and Guido was good so its not all one way traffic.

I just think we have to expect more from Guido especially if hes going to play in the middle. His strength has to be his disposal and it has been sub standard lately not including the Geelong game.

On another topic did anyone notice Melbourne have dropped Lamb for sunday. This leaves them incredibly short and inexperienced. They do have alot of guys like Bruce,Bizzell,Robertson and Green who play tall but I think we should try to exploit them down back.Might be worth a gamble of putting Crofty forward and hoping Kretiuk can hold Neitz.I feel Croft would be far to big, experienced and clever for young blokes like Ferguson and Smith.Daniher has clearly banked on us playing Crofty down back as there is no clear match up for him if he goes forward.Big chance for Wiggins and Bandy aswell.

We can only hope! I'm feeling good about the game. I knows sides are up and down. We were poor last week and so were the Dees. Bombers not much last night.
