Out of interest, does anyone know the last time North won rounds 1, 2 and 3?
Bookies now have us winning our first 9 games. Can't see it happening myself. I expect we'll probably get rolled by GC or WB or both.

Port Adelaide v Essendon Port still shaky, 17 point win thanks to the composure of Wingard and Gray in the last quarter.
St Kilda v Collingwood 50 years on, Saints by 1.
Richmond v Adelaide HotandcoldNinthmond to pull their fingers out for a change, Vickery to look like the star he aint.
Sydney v GWS Without Cameron Giants won't kick nearly enough to win this, though hoping Patton shows what he can really do.
Gold Coast v Carlton Suns by 69, Boltons boys bashed by the Son who has already risen and the Suns who are beginning to.
West Coast v Fremantle 38 points round 1, 100 points round 2, at that rate they will score 150 in the Derby but JJK will probably kick 10 as the Eagles score 180.
North Melbourne v Melbourne North by 11. Melbourne would be ashamed and if they have any pride at all they will bust their asses for this match so Kangas slightly.
Western Bulldogs v Hawthorn Hawks by 9. Dogs to be fierce and take it right up to the Kings but a little nervousness in the last qtr may be their undoing.
Geelong v Brisbane Cats to not give the same mercy to Christensen as they did to Stevie J and to eat the Lions alive. Cue fans proclaiming Danger to be the greatest player ever after the game.

Port Adelaide v Essendon, 39 points
St Kilda v Collingwood, 8 points
Richmond v Adelaide, 22 points
Sydney v GWS, 16 points

fk u guys have a brutal run home...cant afford to drop any/many of first 9
We were rated by many "experts" in the media as having the hardest draw of any team. A tough draw was expected after 2 successive prelims.

Frankly though, you don't want to get to the finals on the back of a soft draw and then get found out. Like a couple of teams who didn't progress past the first week last year.

On the flip side though, if we are the real deal this year, then we will be improving each time we run out. It is quite possible that a game seen in isolation at the beginning of a season as being hard will be a lot easier on the day. Match fitness, fluid structures, winning habit and confidence can all go through the roof if the season starts well.

Injuries will also play a significant factor in the fortunes of all teams as the year rolls on. Fortunately for us we're in pretty good health and the moment.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. Yes the Dogs are great at home, but remember it is our home ground too. And we have a pretty good record against all comers there. Not that I can actually find what our record is there.

I don't care about Brad.
