I was having melts when he was on 83 or something last night. That was rubbish. Corrected to 108 is fair enough. He had tons of it, but wasn't clean, but kicked goals, but didn't tackle much. Meh. 108 is OK. He's a few less clangers (and a Pies win) away from 140s.
Collingwood was very poor. I thought they could be top 8 this year...

Hopefully for Treloar its just some early season rust with the DE!

Missed WHE from the start, but getting him in all depends on what Tarantino scores this week. Anything less than 75 and he gets the Uma Thurman treatment.

Still not convinced regarding WHE.
Liking Nank though. Roughy --> Nank+ a rookie correction.
88 and 120 and you're not convinced? He's going to make close to $100k in the next two weeks just scoring a pair of 70s.

Must have imo. Even accounting for a few consecutive shockers it's an easy 200-250k downgrade to a basement rookie

true. Might get him in instead of Nank as he will rise in price more dramatically.
There's no way i can go without a rookie correction

He's hugging a wing and drifting forward. Lining up on the wing at centre bounces. Got a few touches in our defensive 50 around stoppages as well

He'll average ~20 touches a week for around 80 points, if he adds a goal he'll go 90+ easily

He can be a F5/F6 keeper

The question over the preseason was whether our useless coach would give him a chance on the wing, or if he was going to stick him in the forward 50

The Nank trade is a tough one.
Gotta be making that trade if you think he's a keeper, or for a very late season top up...

Butler averaging 65 will make more $$$ than Nank averaging 95 to the bye.
In fact, Nank would have to average 115 to make the same as Butler (65avg) to the bye

He was lining up off the wing most of the second half last week also. Plays a friendly SC role. Must add.

With both Smith and Eddy out
I have loopholes on each line that I can use.
Not ideal.

Tossing up if I should trade out Smith early so I can have 2 trades next week to get WHE
and possibly Roughy to Nank.
Then I'll still have Eddy to deal with...

This year is tough.

How do you feel about cheating the people who locked in WHE?
They're not cheating current WHE owners, they're burning a trade to get in a bloke who has already scored 208 points in two games (probably close to double the score of what the respective rookie in his place has scored), plus he is at an awkward price so most of them will need to be trading up (potentially a $100k spend) to get him in. I'm not sure of too many people who have kept that kind of coin to begin with. Getting him in could take two trades for most people, especially if they're trying to fit Nank in, they could go overboard and sacrifice an underperforming premo. Current WHE owners are at a great advantage right now. If Taranto performs this week, then it'll be very hard to justify getting rid of him as well which looks like the most likely trade for WHE.

Taranto to WHE will be very tempting indeed next week.

If Nank averages 95 to the bye rounds then he becomes a F6 keeper... $$$ increase becomes irrelevant and you save yourself an upgrade...
