Suma, calm down mate.Mate the job is obviously way too big for McQualter. Playing Oscar Allen as a tagger on Sam Taylor FFS. Sumich would never try that rubbish.
Mini handles the press very well, but there is far more management behind the scenes. As for tag, giving a bloke averaging one kick a task (not tag) on an elite play generator is fair and helped him show his worth. Oscar could have presented more but he tried I felt.

The club needs to have a serious look at the midfield and stoppages coaches, it was deplorable how easily GWS took the ball out of the centre with virtually no resistance from our midfield.Mate the job is obviously way too big for McQualter. We would have to have the worst assistant coaches in the AFL. If they all went and had coffees with Mitchell they would be doing us a favour. They could take Webster with them.
Settle petal. He’s playing bloody well, but Beau was sensational when fit. All Australian defender and the hardest Eagle ever that’s not named Worsfold. He's better than Beau Waters already.

He had 2 or 3 good seasons. In a flag side. As soon as he played in a side who couldn't play, he was exposed as a spud. Hard as nails, but limited as a player.Settle petal. Spuds can win Brownlows. Seen it with me own eyes.He was All Australian in 2012 where we finished 5th. Not sure "spud" is the correct terminology here.
Yep, Duggan's never been more than a B player. It always baffles me how after 10 years of preseasons, twice weekly training, and 183 games, he hasn't improved with basic skills and footy IQ. He's got the right mettle for captain, just an ordinary player. We tried hard but ultimately still lost by 81. GWS had 32 shots for goal and it felt like they kicked all their goals in a hurry.
17 min mark of Q1 to 6 min mark of Q2: 7 goals. 3QT siren to 19 min mark of Q4: 7 goals. So that's about 35 min or so of game time for 14 of 20 goals. From the 6 min mark of Q2 to 3QT the margin didn't change which is a positive but for the fact we had already given up a 50 point lead.
Interesting to see some heat on Duggan which I think is fair enough. His lack of chase on Jones in the first two minutes was highlighted last night but also at one point Allen made a lead up the ground which Duggan ignored then he kicked on his head when it was a 3 on 1. You could see Oscar was fuming. Everyone likes Duggo but for a captain he is comfortably the worst player in the comp. Thought Oscar tried hard but despite inside 50s being relatively even our forwards didn't get much good supply.
Don't hate Harley Reid playing at half back but he needs to be running off back, not getting lost inside defensive 50. A few times he got the chance to run off half back and create he looked good. A couple of one-two handballs he had through the middle you can see how much better he is than the rest of our mids. Handballs were sharp and direct to teammates, and he doesn't panic and will brace for contact or release the ball at just the right moment.
The debutants all showed a bit. Liked Gross taking the game on and getting caught HTB about 60 out from goal. He is a first gamer not adjusted to the pace of AFL footy but still trying to create. Then later on said **** I'll do it myself and banged a long goal. Other players in our team would just panic and hack a 30m kick forward for another turnover.
Hopefully the whole team watches the tape and focuses on what GWS do. Ball movement is elite and 10-12 players are in on the 'tsunami'. It's only really the key posts that stay home. They score a bazillion points from turnover but also recognise the importance of not turning the ball over with skill errors and getting back to defence when they don't have the ball.
I wonder how he would've coped during the covid times and two years of terrible injury lists, and the eternal rebuild? (presuming he was there that long)a bitter village idiot, seriously the job is too big for him. It's not a junior development role.
Deserves betterWhat about Grunston?

People who bring up the minute long deer in the headlights freeze from Sumich always ignore this far superior Fox Footy clip from 2021.
Decent analysis of how we could navigate Geelong’s midfield, look closely and see if you can find where it happens to go slightly awry.
He was a kid in the flag side. Guess your memory is deserting you a bit. He had flaws, no doubt about it, his kicking was very average. But a lot of great players have had similar issues. He came back from countless injuries to make AA in a 2012 team that lost in the semi finals. Was as tough as they come, never took a backward step, and was one of the greatest on-field leaders we’ve ever had.He had 2 or 3 good seasons. In a flag side. As soon as he played in a side who couldn't play, he was exposed as a spud. Hard as nails, but limited as a player.
Look at this guy, making his own gifs! not just re shit posting all the popular gifs on the web.

Yes, I heard that also but thought it was Sumich's mate Jako who said that.. Even on Sunday during the half-time break he was talking about how Suma should go down to the Eagles to sort things out then had a little chortle about how that won't be happening.
They're out of touch but still love taking pot shots and believe what they say in their own little world.
At the very least that proves you’re not Suma, because there’s no way he could count that high.Main graphic says 'heading into Round 17' for some strange reason.
