Tell me about it... Is it just me or are the rookies making f*** all $$ this year?
The fact that a rookie only needs one game before a price rise is a right bitch, also.
I feel like it's harder to make cash this year.
Probably wont affect many but Viv Michie is out for 4 weeks.
I'm keeping Rohan as my F6 too, happy to cop the shit score and then (hopefully) a bit of a price rise and then he's gone.
Thinking:
LeCras-->Merrett
Caddy--> Hunter
Thoughts?
Mainly getting Hunter because his BE is 29, his draw is easy and I want to trade him for a Cloke or Mitchell or some other FWD premo in a couple weeks once their prices have dropped. If I was going long term I'd probably get one of the players you've suggested.LeCras for Merrett seems like a perfect trade. A long-term injured player for a forward who is is form and has a -2 break even. And you would get an extra balance of 80000. Get him immediately before his price goes up another 30000(at least) next week. Paul Chapman likely to be rested.
Caddy for Hunter will garner 10000 but Hunter is scoring a bit better. Caddy's woes are mentioned in Roy's trade talk, he is not reliable for fantasy.
So my answer to both is yes, Merrett more so. As to who you get for Caddy, Hunter is a good choice but depending on how much cash you have I would have a look at some of the forwards in the low 400000's, some of whom are in pretty good form. For example Breust, Darling, Zorko, McGlynn etc. Franklin also looks to be showing some form now and is only 403000.

On another matter, I'm finding it impossible to trade out Josh Caddy. On a mobile, laptop, computer- the screen freezes when I try to trade out this spud! Any suggestions? I do NOT want to be stuck with Caddy this week.... or longer![]()
Yeah AFL Fantasy. I actually had a shower then came back and it was still frozen, just when I try to trade Caddy. Won't work this morning either.Are you doing fantasy? I did my trades today so I don't see there's anything wrong. The only thing I've noticed is you have to be very patient when you do your trade. Also after you do your second trade the screen says your available cap includes the cost of the player you have traded out. Ignore this, it will correct itself when you go from the trades page to the team page.
I wouldn't go for Cloke. He's scored 76, 33 and 48. Mitchell's a bit better with 95, 94 and 41.I
