Don't want to but I'm thinking Stephens -> Martin.

Hate this decision between Stephens, Ward, Dixon and Rachele for who to trade out to bring in Martin but I think he's the right option. Still tossing up though
Yeah I would trade out Stephens, I'm sure he'll come back in when we have injuries/suspensions/covid but he isn't best 22 and unlike the others you've listed he's playing in a team that should be contending so won't be focused on just getting games into the young guys.

Round 7, in C Oliver
Should drop to just under 640k and go into next week with a BE of 165 and obviously potentially dip harder once the 146 gets flushed out.
Rough estimates only

With Bowey now bringing forward his expiry date drastically and with no def rookies on the immediate horizon, tempted to flip Stephens for Noddy. Means Hewett goes into the mids and I can finally bench Ward.

Also means I can potentially downgrade Bowey to McInness, and have around 350k for an upgrade/s. Alternatively can hold for another week, but regardless, no def rookies definitely ups the urge.

Should I trade in Gollant or Hough ?
Help please. DOesn't matter what position they end up in my team, this is purely cash grab.
Ta peeps
Pass on Gollant. KPF in a shit team.

FWIW, I traded in Oliver yesterday, so my advice may not be the best available.

I'd take O'Driscoll before either.

Assume you have Martin already?

I am bringing Martin in this week for Rachelle and Stephens for probably Hough I think.
Put 200k in the bank. 3 trades down .
I'll have 350K for an upgrade next week I rectum.

Edit.
Why O'Driscoll? has scored poorly thus far unless he was a sub?

OK I had a dream that O'Driscoll averaged 80, including a couple of 10-20 sub-effected scores, but also a 160 and a 200 later in the year. Dreams always come true, right?

Dyl Stephens to O'Drischol locked in

2022 trade history:
rd3 - Owens to DStephens
rd4 - DStephens to NOD
lol

The Noddy thing i can understand, but i'm not in any hurry whatsoever to cull Bowey.
He's shown enough to me that he'll stay in their team even with Salem back, which isnt for at least another month anyway...and its not as though he wasnt going to put in at least one shitty score. Even uber primo;s do that...eg Touk/Piggy
Not inury prone it seems, and just as likely to be back onboard with an 80+ next week. I'll park him and see what he can do.
He's the least of our issues right now, and the information to date says its just an abberation. Still every chance he'll reach low-mid 400's for a single trade upgrade. He can play, they love him, and he's going to ton up again...bank on it :thumbsu:

"Mitsubishi" Gollant is a skinny KPF in a weak side. Kicked 4 and didn't get near 100. I foresee some awful scores in his future.

Out Stinkley

Oops wrong thread
I’ve watched 2 Port games this year (Hawks and last night) and they were both ****ing unbearable. I won’t bother watching another, I’d rather teach myself to crochet. being a supporter must be painful.

I suppose it more just gives me an option - if he puts in another 50 or so next week, he becomes a pretty urgent trade out, and I have no pressing need to upgrade in my backline.

But you're right - the real appealing part is the DPP, and the chance to finally get a shit M8 off the field (though watch Ward outscore McCartin by 50 now).

By no means is the trade locked in, but heavily considering.

Alright kents, after being chuffed with my lack of trades this week, I'm now wondering if pulling the trigger on my first Roughy for the season and trading HUGE Dixon back in for Stephens is worth it if it means I can trade a now at least temporarily stagnant Bowey for Hall or Lloyd (pending BEs next week) next week? :straining:

I think Stephens still has cash to make and would prefer not to trade him, but doing this trade would give me DPP flexibility between my fwds and mids, and bring in the likely either D1 or D2 for the season.

On the flipside, if I hold, I'll have $90k on-hand to give me a headstart on getting Oliver (ideally for Berry) in a few weeks if I hold Bowey.

Leaning towards holding, but wish the Swans game was a little later in the weekend so I had more time to assess what the best plan of attack for the next few weeks.

One poor game and Dixon will be out. Not a good idea to bring him in. Fine if you started and kept him .
