I think I'll go Karnezis to Rowe.

maybe a backline player to Terlich

Or more likely Matt Jones to Crouch.

I'm just fine tuning the cash cows.

I'm hoping some of the rookies named this week get dropped after 2 for a game or two..... Need downgrade targets.

I guess Lee, Mayes or Vlastuin could come in for any plateauing rookies in round 5....... perhaps

Longer OUT > Burger. Biggest dead weight. Had to pick up my cash cows this week
Maybe JJK > LeCras, or Docherty/Vlaustin > Stevenson or Heath.

I have waaay too many Port players!!!

Current team (after Round 3 trades):
B: Goddard, Gibbs, Hanley, Goodes, Stevenson, Pittard (Heath, Colqohoun)
C: Swan, Ablett, Dangerfield, Fyfe, Liberatore, Embley, Wines, O'Meara, (Viney, Jones)
R: Kreuzer, Leuenberger (Currie, Naismith)
F: Cox, Bartel, Rockliff, N Riewoldt, JJKennedy, Dwyer, (Karnezis, Neade)
249k in the bank.

For Rd4 ATM (injury and selections permitting) my thinking is Embley > SJ & Karnezis > Crouch which would leave me around 140-150k in the bank for 1 Rd 5 upgrade.

that or depending how well Terlich goes this week...Colq > Terlich & Embley > Crouch which would leave me around 420-430k for a Rd5 double upgrade.

Current team heading into Round 3:

Goddard, Gibbs, Hartlett, Goodes, Pittard, Stevenson (Heath, Frost)
Swan, Ablett, Cotchin, Stanton, Jack, Moloney, Wines, O'Meara (Viney, Jones)
Kreuzer, Rowe (Blicavs, Daw)
Franklin, Cox, Rockliff, Zorko, Kennedy, Dwyer (Neade, Macaffer)

Got about 120k in the bank, and not happy with Rowe is R2 so Berger will be making his merry way in next week. Still undecided whether Macaffer/Dwyer or Blicavs/Daw will get the flick but that'll come with team announcements next week. Providing that no-one proves themselves as a 'musthave' and no injuries strike, I won't have a second trade to make soI'll be going Viney/Jones > Crouch (highest breakeven).

But hey, just look at that performing midfield! ;)

After Round 3 Trades
$126,200 in Bank
B: Heppell, Gibbs, Birchall, Waters, Goodes, Stevenson, (Heath,Pittard )
C: Swan, Ablett, Pendlebury, Cotchin, Liberatore, Moloney, Wines, O'Meara, (Viney, Mitchell)
R: Griffin, Leuenberger (Blicavs, Rowe)
F: Rockliff, Cox, Lecras, Kennedy, Varcoe, Dwyer, (Neade, Mcaffer)

Most likely will go Mitchell > Crouch. Libba>Watson

I'd be looking to upgrade Varcoe as a priority next week. Really solid side, otherwise.

After Round 3 Trades
Cash: $375,300

Backs: Goddard, Gibbs, Hartlett, Hanley, Goodes, Stevenson (Pittard, Heath)
Mids: Swan, Ablett, Jack, S. Selwood, Embley, O'Meara, Wines, Viney (Blicvas, Kommer)
Ruck: Kreuzer, L'Berger (Currie, Daw)
Fwds: Cox, Bartel, Martin, Westhoff, JJK, Dwyer (Neade, Caff)

The certain trade on present form is Kommer or Blicvas for Crouch - happy with Embley as long as he's getting games and WCE have injuries to settle my heart re: vests. Happy to ride a slight price drop for S. Selwood as I like they're run in the next month and I rate him to pick it up. Not sure about the other. Team seems a lot stronger with Watts out - am happy enough with it going forward, maybe one mid premo short of greatness.

Really worried about playing you this week. Our POD's are pretty evenly matched...Reckon you might even have a slight edge.
You v Me
Hartlett v Pittard
Jack v Dangerfield
S Selwood v Libba
Viney v Fyfe
Martin v NRoo
Westhoff v Rockliff

I'm typically pessimistic with these things, and honestly, you look to have the upper hand in most of those match ups on present form, except for Hartlett v Pittard. And look what happened last week!

Should be close.

Hey, I claimed underdog status first! :p

Hartlett v Pittard is somewhat evened out by Viney v Fyfe though. ;)

For me one of Crouch and Terlich + Leunenberger will be my main targets

Sort of hope Dwyer isnt named for round 4 so it makes the decison on who to trade easier

J.Steven will probably make way for Crouch/Terlich

Steven doing very well today....

Steven doing very well today....
Its why i kept him for one more week and picked him from the start. He scored 130 against them in the NAB and history tells you those that arent elite but more 2nd tier types score very well against poor oppo eg: Armitage and Steven dominated

Steven will still be gone after this week id suggest, hes served his purpose. Probably shouldve picked either Libba or Boak instead as others i considered but cant get em all and couldve done far worse

Would have made a little bit of money as well, which is always a good thing.
