As much as there is going to be some pain along the way, our kids look the goods. Rich, Rocky etc are only 24, so give Aish, Taylor, Robbo, Cutler, Gardiner etc 3 or 4 years, those guys wiill still only be 27/28. We should be looking pretty good by then.

Will still need to figure out the key fwd puzzle, obviously.

The harsh reality is if this was the USA, the Brisbane Lions would be in serious negotiations and I think would be relocated within 3 years.

Gabba is just controlled by cricket too much, and we cant generate the income needed to be profitable.

Throw what Angus did in as well, we are a massive mess on and off the field.

1.5 quarters. In our bursts and seeing our gameplan actually happen it was so exciting. It thrills me to see glimpses of our future . We have some amazing rookies on our list.

In saying that- I just went on a massive Facebook rant about Dustin Martin being a complete and utter ****head. How hr treats other players and acts like God is pathetic. He is a bully and does not deserve to be in our great game. Utter****head

At least we'll be getting a top notch prospect with our first round pick this year. Will be in a position to take McCartin or Wright. The scary thing is the kid will seemingly be thrown in the deep end as our number one forward. A lot for a young, developing KF to shoulder. We need someone to be able to stand up in Brown's absence to allow that kid to develop into a decent AFL level forward unabated. Don't know where that's going to come from.
