When the back line has an off night, the rest fall to pieces. Saw it frequently last season, and there’s been absolutely nothing done to change it. We won’t win a flag for years at least, and not with Buckley, Harvey and Sanderson upstairs.

Say what you like about specific players (Cox) but that midfield performance was the worst i’ve seen in a long time. I had hoped that the GWS game was an outlier but we were smashed all night around the ball.

For one of the highest paid players in the game, Grundy sure does go to s**t against low tier opponents easily.

Why did we pay overs for a ruckman again? Only Collingwood.

We just cannot score. Outside of the first half of the Saints game, our attacking ball movement is awful. Too many times we try to give an extra handball. It's also hiding our defense which is probably a bit more average than first thought which has looked better this year due to basically flooding back.

I'm sure Cox and our forwards will cop it in here and maybe rightly so, but our ball movement does them no favours. Tom Lynch wouldn't make a difference in this side.
