I did it because i knew what trades i wanted to make and it wasn't going to change.
Who would have guessed Stevenson would get dropped anyway?
Also not like it matters that much, last 2 weeks i have basically played 1 down, Viney last week, Kreuzer week before....

Even still i think it is good because i would have traded Hanley if that was the case, but i don't want too so guess it is a blessing in disguise.

I'm liking my start
120x2 from swan is nothing massive but its a solid captain score and im happy
104 from Goddard - so well done anything over 100 for a defender is a massive plus I think they can so easily score under 80 so a plus 100 is a relief
108 from Pendles, quality performance, not world beating but more than satisfactory
These three are a solid base for a good round so I'm hoping to have a decent one

Loving Riewoldt, he was intended to be my first premium traded out at the start of the season (picked him because of an easy draw for the first few rounds) and is now my best premium outside of my midfield, take a bow you star

Swan owners should take 120 unless they have Gaz then its very close
As a general rule we have better teams then most so for league play at least we should be aiming to reduce variance so locking up a score is a good thing compared to a stinker captain score (like Cox last week)
If you expect to lose then sure, wing it with Hoff or Gas or Cotch...
Fwiw I had Jobe with 109 which is damn close which way to go. I have a lock on my $100 league but I'm probably a severe underdog in one $50 league and flipping the other two....

I'm pretty sure everyone on here wouldn't be as stupid as me, but in case you are, you can't reverse trades today as I had thought you could.
Doesn't matter too much, I'm ok with the trades. Mayes for Kreuzer and Evans for Viney. Decided that Crouch is a better option than Viney to keep.
Crouch really ****ed me around this week. Would have had Buddy and Crouch on the field if he hadn't got injured. Instead I had Dwyer and Jack Steven, 120 between them...
I think I'll have a crap score this week, trying to convince myself it will pay off in the long-term...

so i had the VC on sidebottom.... and Dwyer as EMG with crouch (C) on the field... but that means ill have to take Dwyer's score with Evans on the bench....
Unless i take a huge risk and put the (C) on Stevenson who could be a late inclusion... but i might just leave it in the end, hoping Evans will score less than 60-70

On that basis, keep Swan as Captain and don't risk changing it...
