Pretty ordinary round really with not a lot to get enthused about.

Expect the Tigers to get back on track over a pretty ordinary Broncos on Thursday night.

The Titans really should be no match against the Panthers and I suspect Melbourne will comfortably account for the Cowboys.

SS sees Souths host the Warriors in a game they should win, then it's possibly one of the better games of the weekend when Newcastle host Manly. Cronulla will want to be close to full strength when the host the Roosters in the last game for the day.

Hard to get too excited about Sunday either when first up the Dragons play the Bulldogs and the lastly Canberra play Parra.

Canberra and Parra have both gone pretty well. That could be very good. Hope the Warriors can give a decent account of themselves.

Tonight may be the end of the current halves at Brisbane.
Sullivan may have to play next week. Kodi and Milf couldn’t organise a chook raffle.

Yeah, one or two excellent moments from Nikorima or Milford is never going to be enough to win games. That last Broncos set when they were supposed to be going for a field goal; what a shambles! By contrast Farah and Brooks are much better organisers.

with a 30-0 lead roosters clocked off with 20mins left. full time 30-16 quite comfortably. 4 straight now ;))

Parra lost 19-0 in Canberra. Sounds like a thrashing, but we were more than competitive during the game. In previous seasons this would have finished 40/50-0 which is a positive sign that our team is improving.

As for Canberra, don't under estimate them, they are very good side that may surprise this season.

actually thought eels defended well and it could’ve been a lot worse than 19-0. raiders look to be a 80 min team this year yes they we’re rock solid defensively too BUT i still thought eels would’ve/should’ve done better tbh. moses is meh

Eels have been pretty good this year but the Raiders defence has improved out of all recognition and they are a very good side now. As for the Warriors, with 15 mins or so to go, you knew they would lose. And they did. A creditable effort for the most part, but that don't earn you no points. The Roosters, despite some slackness, still have so much firepower, they are a joy to watch. As for Latrell Mitchell, you just run out of words. Been away for the weekend, and still haven't seen all the games, but some great stuff so far this week.
