He doesn't need it and Phillips is a better tap ruckman than Matty K anyway but Matty is better all over the ground, for pure tap work Phillips is an upgrade on Matty K and taller than him.

I am spewing Philips was injured to start the year and he is very important to us with the new 3rd man up rule.
